Refund Policy


Please read this Refund Policy carefully which will give the authorised user of the Software (“User(s)”) important information and guidelines, the conditions and process of refund, the User’s rights and obligations concerning any purchase the User makes through the content delivery embedded software, ‘ORIENT BLACKSWAN APP’ (the “Software”) and that the Company offers as part of its services through the Software (the “Services”), unless specifically stated otherwise on our website, storeapp.orientblackswan.com or equivalent websites (the “Site”).

Cancellation of the Subscription by the Company

The Company will make all reasonable effort to provide the Software, Services and/or any other ORIENT BLACKSWAN products to the User as per the Subscription taken and timelines mentioned. If due to any reason on the part of the Company, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the Company or its Business Partners, the Services are not rendered then the Subscription shall be cancelled and such applicable partial amount of the Subscription Fees may be refunded subject to the conditions stated hereinafter.

Non- Renewal of the Subscription by the User

If the User no longer wishes to subscribe to the Software and/or Services, the User need not renew the Subscription but the terms and conditions of the current Subscription will endure. The User will have full access to the Services until the User’s current Subscription period expires.

Refund Process

To obtain a refund on Services subscribed through the Software, the User must contact support.storeapp@orientblackswan.com WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS from the purchase date, providing all the details of the purchase. Thereafter, any refund on Subscriptions the User is not satisfied with, will be available only in case of Subscriptions where the subscription period is more than one month.

NO REFUNDS SHALL BE MADE FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES WHERE THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD IS EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN ONE MONTH AND/OR THE USER CONTACTS THE COMPANY FOR REFUND BEYOND FIFTEEN DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

Subscriptions paid by:

Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/ Mobile wallets/Prepaid Instruments/ Any other digital mode of payment will be refunded to the same Card/Account only as per the terms and conditions of the payment gateway vendor.

All refunds will be subject to any processing fee, transaction charges, taxes and any other charges, all of which will be deducted as per the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Use.

Within 72 hours upon the Company notifying the refund, the User agrees to uninstall and/or stop using any Services purchased through the Software for which the User no longer possesses a valid license. The Company reserves the right to disable any Accounts, product keys, vouchers and/or serial numbers issued in respect of the refunded products.

All other refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This Refund Policy applies only to Subscriptions purchased directly through the Software for the Services. If the User has purchased the Subscription through a third party or reseller, any refund will be subject to the applicable policies of such third party or reseller.
